Amazing service! Matt was great. My senior mom needed help with the configuration on her TV, learning how to find apps, switching inputs to Cogeco, and overall just a better understanding of how to use the remote and television. Matt was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. He checked in with me upon arriving, confirmed the service while he was there, and checked in with me afterwards. 5-star service. Affordable and honestly such a huge relief to have someone local who can support elderly or senior family members. Thanks Matt!

I recently purchased a turntable from CinemaWorks, and the entire experience was outstanding. They recommended the perfect setup for my home, and it looks and sounds amazing. Amazing turntable. A special thank you to Dylan, who came to my home to set everything up. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly meticulous, making sure the turntable was perfectly balanced and my audio system was dialed in. His attention to detail was exceptional. I received a referral for Cinema Works from a friend and decided to give Matt a call. From the onset Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything related to TVs and installation. Matt was even kind enough to share his insights into various TV brands and offer a recommendation based on my specific needs. We booked a date and time and Matt showed up on-time and prepared. He installed the TV being sure to ask my thoughts on my preferences. He even supplied a few parts like an extension power cord because the one I had wasn't quite long enough. I would highly recommend Cinema Works to anyone interested in a quick, professional no-nonsense TV installation. Not only does Matt know his stuff but he's extremely detailed and considerate.
